This policy explains how Doron Arad, operating as SKATEIL (“we”), collects and uses personal information submitted through skateil.com. It should be checked against the business’s actual practices.

The lesson request form may collect full name, phone number, student age, preferred communication language, lesson type, experience level, preferred location, preferred days and times, and additional notes. Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process the request; other fields are optional.

• Handle your lesson request and contact you about lessons, scheduling, locations and questions.
• Manage lessons and related communication if you enroll.
• Operate and secure the website and reduce automated or abusive submissions.

Please do not include unnecessary medical or other sensitive information in the notes field.

3. Basis for use

Information is used to respond to your request, arrange services, manage communication with prospective and enrolled students, and operate and secure the site as permitted by law. Marketing messages require a separate optional opt-in. Leaving the marketing box unchecked does not prevent you from submitting a lesson request.

4. Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by technology providers needed to operate the site, including Formspree for form processing, Cloudflare for hosting/delivery, and UserWay for the accessibility widget. These providers may process technical information such as browser or connection data according to their own policies. Processing may occur outside Israel. Please review the privacy policies of Formspree, Cloudflare, and UserWay.

We do not sell lesson-request details to third parties. Additional disclosure may occur where needed to operate the service, required by law, or needed to protect legal rights.

5. Marketing messages

Marketing updates and offers will be sent only if you separately opt in, subject to applicable law. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or replying to the message. Withdrawal does not affect necessary service messages about an existing request.

6. Retention and security

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, to provide the service, and to address applicable legal or accounting matters. After that, we delete it or stop using it where possible and as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards, but internet transmission cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate or outdated information, and deletion where a legal right applies. Contact skateilmail@gmail.com and describe your request. We may request reasonable information to verify identity.

8. Minors

The form may include information about students under 18. Where a student is a minor, we recommend that a parent or guardian submit the information and contact us with privacy questions.

9. External links and changes

The site may link to external services such as WhatsApp or YouTube. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We may update this policy when needed; the update date appears at the top.
